Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you should need to return an item contact our customer support staff either by phone or E-mail and request a RA (Returned Authorization) number. Returned items MUST have the RA number written BOLDLY on the box of the returned item. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All items returned must be in new and unused condition.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements.

Gear Up Inc. periodically offers "Free Shipping" on certain items or through e-mail promotions. Free shipping is only valid for shipments with destination zip codes within the 48 continuous states. On occasion those outside of this region might not have their zip code recognized by our shopping cart and therefore still be given the free shipping deal at check out. In those cases Gear Up Inc. will choose the lowest cost freight possible and add the charge for shipping to your destination.
